Description
Pokémon Silver Yellow is a Nintendo DS ROM hack created by brtatu and built on the Pokémon SoulSilver engine. Inspired by Pokémon Yellow, the game lets players begin their journey in Kanto as Red with Pikachu as their starter, recreating the classic Gen 1 experience using DS-era graphics and mechanics. The hack features redesigned wild Pokémon encounters, expanded Team Rocket events, new locations such as God’s Garden and Primal Town, balanced trainer levels, and many catchable legendary Pokémon. It also includes quality-of-life improvements, modified evolutions, and Mega Evolutions for Kanto starters, blending nostalgia with modern gameplay systems.
