Approximate file size and link (if you already uploaded it)

Include in your email:

Emulator name and version
Supported systems and operating systems (Windows, Android, etc.)
Key features users should know about
Link to the installer or archive

Tool

Modding tool

Include in your email:

Tool name and what game or platform it works with
What the tool does (save editor, mod installer, texture packer, etc.)
Setup requirements or dependencies
Link and approximate file size

Write a detailed description

The most important part of your email is an in-depth explanation of what the file does. Tell users how to install or use it, which emulator or hardware it targets, and any warnings (BIOS required, online play not supported, etc.). Vague one-line messages are harder to approve.
